By the end of this week, you will:

1. Learn how to form the present and future unreal (2nd) conditional and the past unreal (3rd) conditional.
2. Write an in-class compare-contrast essay.
3. Begin to learn about persuasive writing.
4. Learn academic vocabulary through our novel, textbooks, and online homework.

MONDAY

HOMEWORK
-Work on Journal 10 for Friday (Open topic--use at least 2 2nd conditionals in your work to get full credit).
-GAB Online Workbook Unit 25 on unreal conditionals due Friday by class time.
-Read Chapters 15-17 (pp. 149-173) of The Giver and complete Homework 7 for Monday, 4/6, as well as your book club job.
