By the end of this week, you will:

1. Discuss good public speaking skills and learn about your first presentation.
2. Practice listening for main ideas and details.
3. Better understand American vowel sounds and learn a system for identifying vowels.
   
4. Review real conditionals in English and learn how to form the present/future unreal (2nd) conditional.
   
5. Learn academic vocabulary from our textbook and your listening logs.
6. Practice conversational and academic listening and speaking skills.
